À propos de Nswami
Nswami Remadji Ngaka is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer where he leads strategic direction and operations. Nswami has 15 years of experience in financial services industry.
Prior to joining Kayo Partners, Nswami spent more than 10 years in Japan starting as an intern at Toppan Printing Company in Tokyo. He progressed to roles as investment banker at Societe General Securities Japan, where he managed trading activity and operational risk. By joining BH Consulting Japan, he has supported Africa business opportunities for Japanese government institution and Japanese companies for project in Africa.
He returned to Paris as a senior consultant in Financial Services division to work for major Investment Banks such as Société Générale or BNP Paribas.
Nswami graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with BLAS in Economics. He Attended International Christian University in Tokyo to finalize his license in Japanese language. A post-graduate degree in Finance Strategy from INSEAD Business School.
Nswami is Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, awarded JASSSO Scholarship and he has also been Vice-President of AIESEC Illinois. He is a member of Tokyo Yacht Club.
